Holds on Your Account
Every student can check their account anytime through WebAdvisor to see if a hold exists. Please log into your WebAdvisor account and click on the 'Holds on My Account' link. If you have any type of hold besides Probation, you need to contact the office that represents the hold and get things fixed. A hold on your account will prohibit you from registering for classes until the hold it is resolved.
Probation holds do not come off of a student’s account until the needed cumulative GPA is achieved. During the pre-registration time, students with a probation hold have a different process for registration. Please refer to the Probation Students tab on this site.
It is important to continuously check your account for holds during Pre-Registration.
