SCHOOL OF EDUCATION, HEALTH, AND NATURAL SCIENCES
Frank R. Hall, Ph.D., is dean of the School of Education, Health, and Natural Sciences. He holds a doctorate in Geological Oceanography from the University of Rhode Island. He was previously director of the Secondary STEM Education Program at Texas A & M University - Commerce. He also served as a program officer of the National Research Council, National Academy of Sciences, and as a program manager at the National Science Foundation.
