International Programs

DEPARTMENT SITE >

The College’s International Programs Office supports the internationalization of our campus.  We strive to provide services for all students, faculty, and staff who are interested in participating, developing, and implementing academic and cultural exchange, world travel, and global understanding.

WSC students can study abroad for a summer, a semester, or an academic year at almost any university or college in the world. There are myriad programs to choose from in Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Pacific, the Middle East, and across Europe.  Once students get approval, they can go almost anywhere and earn credits toward their major, minor, or general education requirements.

The College has entered into exchange agreements with four different universities around the world: University of Puerto Rico, Cayey; University of Worcester, England; University of San Francisco, Quito, Ecuador; and University of Beira Interior (UBI), Covilha, Portugal.  Exchange agreements vary from institution to institution, but in general students on an exchange program pay WSC tuition and fees and then fly to their destination for the semester.
