Mission 

The mission of the Worcester State Career Services office is to provide guidance and resources to our students and alumni for the exploration and attainment of students' career-related goals. We achieve this mission by:

• partnering with underclassmen, seniors, graduate students and alumni to facilitate lifelong career development and decision making;
• advising and providing our faculty with information and programs to help them better understand the career-related needs of students;
• involving alumni, parents, and employers as key
  networking resources;
• cultivating and growing relationships with local and multi-national organizations interested in the recruitment and employment of WSU students and alumni.
