We are currently seeking candidates for a Disability Benefits Specialist Trainee class, in which you will be trained in Unum’s disability products, policies, contracts, and systems. After 10-12 weeks of training, you will be integrated into a team of Disability Benefits Specialists and clinical resources to provide superior claims management to our customers. A college degree is preferred.

• meet Disability Benefits Specialists and learn what it’s like to spend “a day in the life” in the role;
• learn about other exciting career opportunities and our award-winning work environment;

• participate in on-site assessments of basic math and critical thinking skills; and

Where? Unum’s brand new, LEED certifiable Worcester office located at 1 Mercantile Street in Worcester. Please park in the parking garage on Foster Street, left of 1 City Square. Upon exiting the garage, walk up Foster Street and enter Unum’s main entrance on the corner of Foster and Mercantile Streets. At the lobby, please sign in at the front desk and you will be escorted to the Open House.
