Caps and Gowns
Purchase your cap and gown at the Student Center Info Desk by Wednesday, May 15. The Info Desk hours are Monday through Thursday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The cost during the spring 2013 semester is $20.
*Special orders (i.e. sizing) for caps and gowns need to be placed by Friday, April 12 to studentactivities@worcester.edu.
A Few Reminders
- All events are for seniors only.
- Each senior is allowed one guest.
- Some events are 21+ events.
- All who attend each event are REQUIRED to take the bus provided by the University to and from each location.
- No alcohol is allowed on the bus.
- Be sure to look for Senior Class t-shirts and magnets.
- Dates and Times of tickets sales will be announced.
- All tickets will be on sale at the Student Center, Information Desk.

Tickets are $25 per person.
This event is open to all seniors and one guest. Taking the bus is mandatory. No alcohol is allowed on the bus. Tickets are on sale at the Student Center Info Desk.

Saturday, April 19
Bus leaves WSU at 4:30 p.m.
Must be 21 or older to attend.
Tickets are $10 per person.

Academic Achievement Awards Ceremony

This event is open to all WSU friends and family. Students will be recognized for their academic success and contributions within their programs. Students receiving awards are notified beforehand. |

Senior Send-Off BBQ
Friday, May 17
5-8 p.m.
Students: $10 Guests: $12
Come celebrate graduation with friends and family! Food and live entertainment will be available. Menu includes rib-eye steak, BBQ chicken, ribs, shrimp, salads, corn on the cob, grilled veggies, watermelon, soft drinks, baked potato bar, and an ice cream sundae bar. Also featuring caricatures, psychics, wacky photos, DJ, and more.
The party is open to all seniors, family, and friends. Tickets will be available at the Student Center Info Desk in the middle of the semester. The deadline to buy tickets is Friday, May 10. |
