The Worcester State University Conference and Event Services Office is dedicated to making your next gathering a pleasurable and stress-free success. Our beautiful, 58-acre campus—just 10 minutes from downtown Worcester—is completely wireless and offers nine separate facilities, including award-winning residence halls, state-of-the-art academic buildings, and a new parking garage.

We offer 12 conference rooms, with seating capabilities ranging from a 180-person formal dinner setting with cocktail reception to an intimate meeting for 10. Our Sullivan Auditorium, with seating for just over 1,000, is perfect for keynote speakers. In addition, the campus features four large amphitheaters, all equipped with AV equipment.
