Temporary Disabilities

Although disability-related law does not mandate services for temporary injuries, the DSO may be in a position to assist students with temporarily disabling conditions to get appropriate limited accommodations.  Students who have temporary injuries lasting four weeks or more may, under certain circumstances, be able to use the services provided by the DSO on a short-term basis.

To assist students is providing appropriate information please have your treating clinician complete the Temporary Injury Disclosure Form.
