Please select your preferred date for your Student Registration Day event. At this half-day event, you will learn more about your future academic plans, meet with academic advisors, take a college placement assessment, and register for your first semester classes. Attendance at a Student Registration Day is mandatory for all new students.
Parking is available next to the Sullivan Academic Center, in the Lot D, near the campus’ South Entrance. Visit the directions and campus map pages to plan your visit. Prepare for Student Registration DayYou should complete the following steps to take full advantage of Student Registration Day.
If you do not attend a Registration Day before Orientation, you will have your first semester schedule created by an academic advisor in the Academic Success Center. You will still be required to take your placement test. It is important to attend a Registration Day in order to have the most input into your course schedule.

New students may take Accuplacer tests to determine math, writing, and reading placement at WSU. It is important to understand that the results of these tests will help shape your first semester at WSU.
As a transfer student, you may have taken the Accuplacer at your previous school or already completed your math and English requirements. Please contact our office if you have questions regarding your status with placement testing. An advisor will be able to assist you.
