    HEALTH INSURANCE
If you have your own health insurance coverage, you need to complete an online waiver form before the first day of classes. You may then deduct the health insurance premium charge if it is listed in the itemized charges section of your student accounts statement. Failure to submit this waiver will result in you automatically being enrolled in the WSU 2014-2015 student health insurance program, making you insured through Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA. You will be responsible for the cost of this insurance policy; there are no refunds. If you need health insurance, you must go online to enroll at www.universityhealthplans.com.
