•  Dr. Maureen Power, Intergenerational Urban Institute (IUI) received a grant of $40,200 from the DHE Commonwealth Corps to train volunteers to work with local agencies on the IUI Ending Hunger Together project.

 •  Dr. MaryJo Marion, Latino Education Institute (LEI) received a grant of $13,807 from the 21st Century City of Worcester Innovative Services for Latino Adolescents (ISLA) After School Program

 •  Dr. John Goodchild and Dr. Alan Cooper received a grant of $200,000 from The Stoddard Charitable Trust to purchase equipment for a new green chemistry lab.

 •  Dr. Karl Wurst, received a NSF sub-award for a Commonwealth Alliance for IT Education (CAITE) grant, providing workshops and programs for middle and high school teachers and students.
