ENcourageing Latinos AChieve Excellence (ENLACE) serves seventh and eighth grade boys in an educational after school program which focuses on personal development, mentoring, life skills, cultural enrichment, early college awareness, career exploration, and sports clinics. Through the various workshops and activities students will engage in opportunities where they will grow, exercise discipline, learn about themselves, culture and the Worcester community. The program utilizes community Latino male leaders as mentors for the development of our youth and in return the students will gain knowledge, awareness, and ambition to be successful individuals. Students will learn the value of education and how aspiring for post-secondary education can impact their lives and their families.

  • ENCLACE students will meet on Tuesdays at Worcester State University and Wednesdays at Sullivan Middle School from 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m throughout the academic year.
