How to Register for Orientation
Two options to register:
Commute to Orientation Option – You can register online or you can return the registration form that will be included in the mailer you will recieve in July.
Overnight Option – You can register online. There will be a $25 fee to reserve your space. Once you have registered online print out the confirmation page and include the page along with your check for $25 payable to Worcester State University and return it to the address below. The student’s name should be included on the check.
You can also register by returning the registration form included in the mailer you will receive in July. Tear it off and return it to the address below with your check.
Deadline to register is Wednesday, August 3rd.

What you should complete before coming to Orientation:
- Register for your orientation program.
- Placement testing and class registration
- Health Form – NOTE: Resident students may NOT move in unless they have a completed health form.
Freshman Resident Students:
Move-in is Sunday, September 4, 2011 (Details will be mailed by Residence Life and Housing).
One Card Information/ID Picture:
Students will have their picture taken for the OneCard on the Placement dates. ID's will not be available for pick up until the two Orientation sessions in August.
Resident students must have their OneCard ID prior to move in on September 4, 2011.
Parking:
Commuter students can obtain a parking pass from the OneCard Office or the Parking Clerk (Wasylean Hall, Room 102). You must bring with you: car registration, student ID and payment.
Payment Options: The OneCard Office will take payment of cash, check, MasterCard/Visa and OneCard. The Parking Clerk’s office will only take cash or checks.
Resident students can only obtain a parking pass if they have 40 credits or more.
