Orientation Dates


Your Worcester State University First Year Student Program is a two-day program beginning at 10 a.m. on day one and ending at 4 p.m. on day two.  All sessions are scheduled in the month of June:

Session 1, June 20-21

Session 2, June 24-25

Session 3, June 26-27

The date of orientation to sign up and attend is based on your major/area of study.  A detailed mailer with all of the information will be sent out to all new students in late May.  Students may register for either program at that time online via this website or by mailing back the registration form.

Optional Overnight: You have an opportunity to stay overnight in the residence halls during orientation. There is an additional $25 fee to stay overnight. Due to a limited number of spaces, the overnight stay is on a first come first serve basis. This is a great experience for any new student whether you plan on commuting or living on campus.  This is a non-refundable fee.

*Undeclared students may choose to attend the session that contains the subject area they are interested in exploring as a potential major.  If a subject area of interest has not been determined, the student may choose to attend either session.
