Welcome to the Payroll Website
![]()
Because the Payroll & Benefits Office is
responsible for processing all payrolls and maintaining the related
attendance and benefits records, every employee has contact with
this office at some point in their service at the College.
Therefore, we have tried to include as much information as possible
at this website to assist you with your payroll and/or benefits
questions. If you cannot find the information you are seeking,
please feel free to contact us by e-mail or telephone. |

| | Part-time Employee Authorization |
Part-time employees (students and non-students) should not begin working in your department until you receive your pink copy of the Authorization Form (and/or they receive their yellow copy of the form).
This is not a new policy; however, there have been instances in the past where part-time employees have begun working in a department and have turned in time sheets expecting payment and we either have not received the paperwork or have not processed the paperwork. That means that in reality, the person in question was not legally hired and should not have been working.
Beginning with the new academic year in September, this policy will be strictly enforced and no one will be paid for hours worked prior to the final signature on the authorization form. If it is imperative that someone start working tomorrow, then you will need to walk the paperwork from office to office to obtain the signatures and deliver the completed documents to Payroll before the end of the day.
Since EMPLID’s (Employee ID’) are required on all time sheets and other Human Resource and Payroll documents, a person Is not considered “hired” until they have been entered into HRCMS and assigned an EMPLID and Record #.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the Payroll Office. | |
