The Colleges of Worcester Consortium provides professional development workshops, trainings (including technical-related topics), as well as a management-level certificate program designed to enhance the skills of faculty, administrators and staff of member institutions.

Programs are offered year round and hosted at member campuses. Each campus publicizes the programs through its human resources office. Consortium institution employees who are interested in registering for a specific program should contact their Human Resources Office.
