WSU Exchange Programs

WSU currently has established exchange relationships with universities around the world. Exchange agreements vary from institution to institution, but in general a student on an exchange program will pay Worcester State University tuition and fees and then accommodation directly to the host institution. The National Student Exchange is a unique, not-for-profit consortium of nearly 200 accredited, baccalaureate-granting colleges and universities in the United States, Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Through NSE, these member institutions provide exchange opportunities for the multitude of undergraduate students for whom an overseas experience is not appropriate, comfortable or affordable http://www.nse.org/exchange/learn.asp

University of Worcester ~ Worcester, England
Study for a semester at WSU's sister institution, the University of Worcester, England. Worcester is an ancient English city,135 miles northwest of London. The cost is approximately the same as WSU. University of Beira Interior ~ Covilha, Portugal
University of Beira Interior is located in the historical and scenic Beira region of Portugal. Courses are offered in a wide range of disciplines including Math, Science, Human & Social Sciences, Communication and Arts. For more information of UBI visitwww.ubi.pt

Chulalongkorn University~ Bangkok, Thailand
Chulalongkorn university is located in the heart of the bustling city of Bangkok, Thailand. It is Thailand's oldest and most prestigious university whose notable alumni include members of the Thai royal family. Dongguk University ~ Seoul, South Korea
One of South Korea's top universities, Dongguk offers programs in many academic disciplines. Students are invited on exchange for one semester or an academic year. If you are interested in a WSU exchange program please contact Katey Palumbo in the International Programs Office (A-159) for more information and application forms. Make sure your credits transfer.

WSU International Partnerships

WSU currently has two partnership agreements established with institutions abroad. Such agreements offer WSU a discount to study for the semester, academic year or summer. University of the Sunshine Coast ~ Sippy Downs, Australia
Located in the heart of Sunshine Coast Australia, USC offers a variety of academic courses and has a b bustling international student population. The campus is located approximately one hour north of Brisbane, the capital city of Queensland. To learn more about USC visit the university homepage.

Middelburg Center for Transatlantic Studies (MCTS) ~ Middleburg, Zeeland, the Netherlands
Middleburg is an ancient Dutch city situated in south-western Netherlands. There is opportunity for exchange over fall and spring semesters as well as a 4-week summer program. The focus of MCTS in on a comparative, multidisciplinary approach to transatlantic relationships and developments. For more information on Middelburg visit the university homepage.
