Meet the Professional Staff:
Adrian Gage
- Director of Residence Life and Housing
Adrian is the senior residence life officer. He maintains overall responsibility for the residence hall students, activities, and facilities. He is available to advise, counsel and assist students in all areas of residential living.

Kristen Nelson
- Associate Director of Residence Life and Housing
Kristen is responsible for overseeing the administration and planning of theme housing and departmental programming initiatives. He or she oversees the organization of RA trainings and in-services, the Summer Conference Program, coordinates the assignment and distribution of residential parking permits, and assists with recruitment, training, and evaluation of Resident Assistants and Professional staff. In addition, he or she serves on various college committees.
Jim Mournighan
- Placement Coordinator
Jim is responsible for the coordination of room assignments, room changes, and the room selection process. Additionally, the Placement Coordinator facilitates lock changes, and oversees key inventory.

Cheryl Vieira
- Residence Director– Chandler Village
Cheryl lives in Chandler Village and maintains an office in Residence Life & Housing in Wasylean Hall. She is a professional staff member who assists Chandler Village residents, both individually and in groups. The Residence Director supervises Chandler Village Resident Assistants and contributes to programming in the residence halls. Cheryl coordinates the residence hall shuttle van, in addition to assisting with summer conference housing.

Joshua Katz
- Residence Director– Wasylean Hall
Josh lives in Wasylean Hall and maintains an office in Residence Life & Housing in Wasylean Hall. He is a professional staff member who assists Wasylean Hall residents, both individually and in groups. The Residence Director supervises Wasylean Hall Resident Assistants and contributes to programming in the residence halls. This year Josh will be co-advising the Residence Hall Program Council. In addition, Josh is responsible for the reservation of the Seven Hills Lounge, the Conference Room, and the Dowden Hall Lounge, and assists with summer conference housing.

Lisa MacGillivray
- Residence Director—Dowden Hall
Lisa lives in Dowden Hall and maintains an office in Residence Life & Housing in Dowden Hall. She is a professional staff member who assists Dowden Hall residents, both individually and in groups. The Residence Director supervises Dowden Hall Resident Assistants and contributes to programming in the residence halls. In addition, Lisa coordinates the Living and Learning Communities that exist in the residence halls, and assists with summer conference housing.

Carrie Stevens
- Clerk III
Carrie is responsible for data entry in the colleague system for meal plan information, damage charge input, and adding various housing related charges to student accounts. Additionally she supervises student office staff, orders supplies for the department, processes and tracks all student employment forms, timesheets, and payroll information, files material such as correspondence, reports, applications, housing contracts, etc., and answers telephone calls. This year Carrie will be co-advising the Residence Hall program Council.
