Policy

The Worcester State University Counseling Center is charged with assisting students when emotional difficulties interfere with personal and academic functioning. Currently, undergraduate matriculated degree-seeking students of Worcester State University are eligible to receive counseling and consultation service at the Counseling Center. Consultation services only are open to the full University Community.

Procedure
|
|
-The Counseling Center staff is available to consult with faculty and staff at the university regarding students’ psychological development and concerns they may have about a particular student.
-Should a Worcester State University student require counseling services beyond these offered by the Counseling Center, counselors will work with the student to identify community resources that will meet his/her needs.
