Policy

 

 

5.5.1

University facilities are generally available for activities which implement and complement the University’s overall mission and are consistent with the University’s established policy of nondiscrimination and affirmative action.

Procedure

 

 

 

 

 

I.                   Events/Meetings/Conferences are evaluated on an individual basis to determine if there are any conflicts with the above policy.

II.                University facilities may not be used for any activities which are contrary to Federal, State or Local laws which conflict with established University Policies, Collective Bargaining Agreements, concessionaire agreement; or which present a clear and present danger to the safety and security of people and property.

III.             Facilities can only be used for the purpose indicated on the contract or confirmation.

IV.             The Client herby agrees to hold harmless the University, its officers, trustees, agents and employees from all claims of bodily injury or personal property damage or theft arising from or out of the client’s activities while on or utilizing University property.
