5.5.6

Decisions on personnel staffing will be made solely by the University based on the scope of the event.

Procedure

 

 

 

 

I.                   All overtime detail rates and time minimums are determined through bargaining agreements. The rates and time minimums are non – negotiable.

II.                  Decisions to assign details will be made but not limited to the following criteria:

a.       Program Location

b.      Time of Program

c.       Program Attendance

d.      Scope of Program
