How do I obtain a Guest Card?

If you are a guest on campus you can purchase a OneCard at either of the two Card Management Centers ("CMC") which are located in the Library and the Student Center.  There is a $1.00 cash fee to purchase this card.  Once purchased you can add value to the card at the CMC machine by using cash or credit card.

How do I replace a broken/damaged card?

Broken or damaged cards can be replaced for a $25.00 fee.  If you need a new ID card, you must go to the OneCard Office (See Contacting the Worcester State College OneCard Office) with a valid alternative picture ID during business hours. Your existing accounts and balances will carry over to the new ID card. There is a $25.00 fee for all replacement cards.

How do I get a refund of my Common Fund Balance?

Student’s Common Funds carry over from year to year and balances greater than $25.00 are refundable by written request to the WSC OneCard office when your relationship with WSC is terminated (upon graduation, withdrawal, expulsion).  If the student has an outstanding balance with the college, common funds will be applied to that balance. Any remaining OneCard balance will be refunded to the student upon written request.  Cardholders with a balance of $25 or less are encouraged to spend it on campus.

Employees Common Fund Dollars carry from year to year and balances greater than $25.00 are refundable by written request to the WSC OneCard Office at the end of employment. A $25.00 processing fee is deducted from the balance prior to refund. A refund check will be issued within 60 days, of the written request.  Cardholders with a balance of $25 or less are encouraged to spend the balance on campus.
