Policies

The OneCard security system was implemented to improve access control to sensitive and critical campus areas.  Access to OneCard controlled areas will be based on specific group policies; access to these areas, within UTS, will be monitored on a regular basis through access audit reports.  No WSU employee, vendor, contractor, or visitor may access secured OneCard areas with a key or any other means. 

 

All vendor, contractor, and visitor access to secured OneCarded UTS areas must be arranged by contacting UTS only.  University Police access to secured UTS OneCard areas also is covered by this policy.
