|
Except if the student is first occupying housing for the spring semester, this Agreement financially obligates the student for the entire academic year (fall and spring semesters) unless the student is released from the Agreement (in accordance with Article XIV). If the student enters into this Agreement for the spring semester only, he or she is obligated to perform on this Agreement through final closing of the residence halls for the spring semester.
