Occupancy License Agreement Release Policy

Policy

A student may request, in writing, a release from their Occupancy License Agreement.

Procedure

A student may request, in writing, a release from their Occupancy License Agreement under the following conditions with no penalty if granted:

• Graduation

A student may request, in writing a release from their  Occupancy License Agreement under the following conditions, but will forfeit the deposit if granted:

• Withdrawal from Worcester State University (copy of withdrawal paperwork must be submitted with the written request).

• Transferring to another school (letter of acceptance at another institution must be submitted with the written request).
