The purpose of this policy is to clarify the controls that are in place regarding the release of employee-related information.
It is the policy of administrative services that we first obtain approval from the human resources department prior to releasing any employee-related information as reported from Colleague, the University's student information system.
This policy pertains to any and all requests received by administrative services for information related to any employee, including all faculty, staff, and librarians. This includes personal information as well as job-related information. Prior to releasing any employee information, administrative services must first receive approval from the human services department.
