5.5.4

Rental fees will be waived for all University Sponsored Events.

Procedure

 

 

 

 

I.                   A University Sponsored Event is any event, meeting, or activity requested by a member of the faculty, staff or administration or by an officer of a recognized student organization while operating within the scope of their officially recognized capacity.

II.                The client is responsible for any and all damage occurring during or related to their event.  Any costs associated with damage will be billed directly to the client.

The client requesting facility usage is expected to cover all costs associated with their event.  This includes but is not limited to student staff, maintainer/grounds detail, college police detail, and food service when applicable.
