• Communication Creativity

    Within the Communication Department at Worcester State University, you’ll have many opportunities to apply your media literacy, intercultural communication skills, and multimedia production knowledge in greater Worcester. We promote hands-on learning with a number of highly interactive departmental activities, including:

    • Center for Community Media
    • National Communication Association Honor Society (Lambda Pi Eta)
    • Worcester State University radio station (WSUR)
    • Worcester State University television station (WSTS-TV 11) and studio with high-definition video cameras, black-and-white darkroom, digital photography lab, and video-editing suites

    You also may complete independent study on a topic of special interest or collaborate with your professors on important research projects. We recognize these remarkable student-faculty collaborations at our annual Celebration of Scholarship and Creativity. Recent projects include:
