Naida Saavedra

Assistant Professor of Spanish

I am a writer of fiction interested in telling stories about people and their relationship with chaotic cities. As a scholar, my research focuses on issues of identity, migration, and social media in contemporary Latinx Literature. Currently, I am documenting the New Latino Boom, the current literary movement in Spanish in USA.
