Administration and Finance
All document types within the Department of Human Resources will be reviewed for compliance and scanned into the University’s electronic document management system.
The electronic versions will stand as “originals”.
Paper documents will be scanned and then shredded. Scanned documents will be stored in the University electronic document management system and made available as necessary and required.
Exception: The University will retain paper/original documents for any matter that is “in controversy” (internally or externally) or that has been concluded but subject to an appeal period.
