Dr. Emily Soltano, Director of the Center for Teaching & Learning<\/strong>
\nIn her role as Director, Emily provides leadership internally and externally for the Center for Teaching and Learning(CTL). She chairs the CTL Advisory Committee, which keeps the CTL mission informed by diverse faculty perspectives and aligned across the curriculum. Among her responsibilities, Emily leads the New Faculty Orientation, Early Career Teaching Fellows, George I. Alden Excellence in Teaching Award, and semi-annual faculty institutes.<\/p>\n

Dr. Mary Fowler, Faculty Fellow for Equity<\/strong>
\nIn her role as Faculty Fellow for Equity, Mary provides support to individual faculty, departments, and programs in the multiple aspects of diversity, equity, inclusion, intersectionality and social justice efforts. Programs offered this year include syllabus review sessions and equity coffee house discussions.<\/p>\n

Julie Habjan Boi\"whitesselle, Faculty Development Specialist<\/strong>
\nIn her role as Faculty Development Specialist, Julie offers instructional design for assignments and courses and serves as a “conversational partner” regarding teaching strategies and learning environments. Services offered this year include 1-1 consultations, open “office hours,” and collaboration with the First Year Seminar and Early Career Teaching Fellow programs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
