DESCRIPTION:Organization: ENGLISH AND WORLD LANGUAGESEvent Locator: 2023-AARHDZ \nStudents from all fields of study are invited to share their creative and academic work at the Spring Celebration of Student Writing. Musicians are welcome too! Worcester State student and poet Sophia D'Alleva will open the event with a reading from her poetry collection\, A Letter I Never Sent & Note to Self. \nSophia D’Alleva is from Newton Massachusetts. She is a rising senior at Worcester State University. After about 2 years of writing and editing\, in December 2022\, she self published her own collection of poetry. \nSince she was younger she has always loved writing and had the goal to publish a book. Creative writing has been her passion and she hopes to share her work to help others feel understood but also influence individuals to share their stories.
