Professor Karly Kwasigroch was appointed to faculty in August of 2023. She has been a practicing registered nurse for eight years with expertise in adult cardiology and gastroenterology. She has obtained a Bachelor’s in Nursing Science from a Dual Degree Partnership in Nursing from St. Joseph’s College of Nursing and Le Moyne College in Syracuse NY. She received a Master’s Degree in Nursing Science from Western Governors University. In her eight years of nursing she has become a compassionate nurse educator who focuses on diversity, inclusion, cultural competence, and social determinants of health. She is a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and has joined the WSU “out” list for faculty members.
