The LEI Team

We have tested and perfected innovative programs that address the opportunity gap and help Latinx students succeed from elementary school to college and in their future careers. We invest in transformative experiences that are culturally responsive and celebrate the unique assets of Latinxs to build relationships. We build power and capacity for youth, adults, and families around education, health and wellness, college and workforce readiness, and civic engagement. Rooted in our shared Latinx identity and heritage, we move collectively towards growth and success as a community.

Meet the rest of our highly dedicated LEI Team

As each year begins, we welcome a new group of part-time program coordinators, liaisons, instructors, educators, learning coaches, mentors and consultants, responding to the needs of our programs, projects or initiatives. The list below is this year's expanded dedicated team. Some are members of the community; others are college students. We provide work-study opportunities to responsible and committed college students so they can gain work experience before they graduate. All reflect the multicultural and multiracial community at all levels in Worcester to foster trust and authenticity.
