    Major Gift Challenges

Help us reach our goal of receiving gifts – of ANY size – from 400 people and we will receive over $20,000 in challenge gifts. A group of dedicated alumni want to encourage WSU alumni to participate in the Day of Giving on Wednesday, February 14, and they are offering generous challenge gifts as an incentive.

If we meet our goal of 400 donors…

Gregg ’86 and Pamela ’87 Rosen will donate $10,000

This is the third time the Rosens have offered such a challenge grant on the Day of Giving. Their generosity also funds other highly visible projects on campus, including the popular Bike Share program.

Alan ’75 and Linda ’76 Larrivee will donate $12,500

Dr. Linda Larrivee is the Dean of the School of Education, Health, and Natural Sciences. Worcester natives, Linda and Alan’s gift is in honor of both their families.
