Professor Maria Fahey has extensive experience with nursing management as well as leadership in nursing. She demonstrates strong teaching methodologies to ensure her students are successful with their careers in nursing.Her background includes various experiences in the clinical nursing programs.
She champions Change and Innovation in performing quality performance improvement projects while identifying ways to improve efficiency in the workforce. She fosters open communication and acts as a role model and leader with the ability to strategically think and demonstrate openness to new ideas and perspectives especially when using various teaching strategies that promote students to succeed academically.
