Our FY2025 Annual Report reflects our ongoing commitment to transparency, accountability, and shared learning with our community. Each year, we will publish an annual report on our website and make it available to funders and community stakeholders.
This report brings together key highlights, updates, and outcomes from all of our programs in a single, comprehensive document, supported by both quantitative and qualitative data. It serves as a tool to measure progress, celebrate impact, and identify opportunities for growth. As we continue to learn and evolve as an organization, we remain committed to refining and strengthening this report each year.
Through this report, we aim not only to reflect on our achievements but also to share how we are strengthening our work to support Latino youth and families in Worcester. Our mission advances best when we are transparent about both our successes and the challenges we are working to address together.
