Excel Leadership Circle

Excel Leadership Circle is the culminating Leadership Circle experience and is open for students who have completed both Emerge and Engage.

Excel is scheduled for 4-6pm on the following dates: February 2, 9, 23, March 2, 9, 23

By the conclusion of Excel, participants will be able to:

• Further define their personal leadership style through their Leadership Philosophy
• Identify key leadership theories
• Have informed discussions about current issues in leadership
• Identify leaders within their community

Participating in the Excel program offers students the unique opportunity to both join workshops with a small cohort of advanced student leaders and have a one-on-one coaching experience with professional leadership staff. These coaching sessions will focus on a deeper understanding of students’ strengths and workshops to prepare them to share their leadership stories.
