The application for the Spring 2026 cohort is now open!

Emerge Leadership Circle is a weekly workshop program held each semester to help students build their foundational leadership skills while developing a personal leadership philosophy. You may continue to nominate students for the Emerge program throughout the semester. 

Emerge is scheduled for 4:30-6:30pm on the following dates: February 4, 11, 18, 25, March 4, 11, 25.

By the conclusion of Emerge, participants should be able to:

• Define their personal leadership style
• Define leadership in their own terms
• Demonstrate effective public speaking
• Clarify their personal code of values
