The University Title IX Coordinator has primary responsibility for Title IX compliance at Worcester State including support and consultation to the Title IX Coordinator for Students, Deputies and Response Team. The Coordinator manages the University’s response to issues related to sexual violence, sexual and gender-based harassment, including sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, and retaliation. This includes intake of reports and complaints involving employees, visitors, vendors, and other third parties, as well as coordinating the investigatory process. Guided by internal policies and federal and state regulations, the Coordinator aims to promptly and effectively address incidents, prevent their recurrence, remedy their effects, and assist in making necessary adjustments to work situations.
