The Worcester Civic Leaders Program is a selective, year-long cohort experience designed to prepare Worcester State undergraduate students to serve as the next generation of civic leaders. Our inaugural cohort (May 2026 to May 2027) will serve on local nonprofit boards while participating in a structured leadership development experience.

The Binienda Center is proud to serve as advisor to WooServe. This special interest club through Student Involvement & Leadership, welcomes all students looking to civically engage with the greater Worcester area through community service. This includes, but is not limited to, work for charities, community projects, and other miscellaneous service projects that promote involvement on or off campus.
