File a report with the office of Title IX.

To file a report with the Office of Title IX contact the Title IX Coordinator at jquinn@worcester.edu, wsu_titleix@worcester.edu, 508-929-8243 or in person in the Student Center, room C-338.

FILE A REPORT: SUBMIT ONLINE

Note: Reports may be submitted at any time, even non-business hours, however emails and reporting forms are not monitored 24 hours a day.

You will receive a response from the Title IX Coordinator promptly upon receipt to schedule a time to meet to discuss how the Office of Title IX can support you and coordinate the provision of services. Filing this report does not automatically require or generate a Title IX grievance process.
