Conferences & Camps

We welcome your interest in using the Worcester State University campus to hold your event or camp. We host many successful meetings, conferences, events, and camps when classes are not in session, especially during the summer.

Working with our Conference and Event Services Office, you’ll have access to our various event venues. We offer use of our athletic facilities and residence halls throughout the summer months.

We provide catering through our dining services provider, Chartwells. You can review menu options and place orders directly using their online ordering system.
